During the Milan Fashion Week, we discovered a small but precious workshop of high Italian craftsmanship. It is the historical “GALLIA e PETER” atelier, in the heart of Milan, that has been making the most chic and refined hats for the upper class, both in Italy and abroad. Under the watchful eye of Mrs. Laura Marelli, the current owner continuing the traditions of her family, several apprentices from all over the world learn the typical “Made in Italy” craftsmanship. Within the same context, the “GARDONI ART” fashion workshop from Parma set up, by designing and creating silk fabrics reproducing pictorial drawings, an exclusive “capsule collection” of hats, itself born when Gardoni Art’s design met Gallia e Peter’s creativity. Don’t miss the interviews with the female protagonists and the visit to the workshop.
